Here is a little bit about my experience
with Life Shots thus far:
The first day: my wife Jenny, (who is
very petite, and very sensitive) got a headache. I didn't feel anything.
We were worried for Chris, and not looking forward to giving her the bad
news.
The second day: Jenny cut her dose in
half. I worked all day and felt fine. We eat an extremely healthy diet,
and stay in great shape, so we have lot's of energy already. That night,
Jenny and I went to our hot yoga class, (taught by Chris) from 6:30 to
8:00. After a full days work, followed by a workout that intense, I'm
usually WIPED! I told Chris that I felt better after class than I ever
have before.
The third
day:
OH...............MY..................GAWD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I hurt my low back a month and a half ago
doing P90X. I have been doing yoga to re-hab my back, but hadn't felt well
enough to lift weights again. I felt so phenominal at 5:00 a.m. That I
went in to my garage/gym and tore it up!!!!!!!!!!! That day, I was
bouncing off the walls with a perma-grin a mile wide at work! I felt so
great that I couldn't stop telling everyone about it! I'm a hairdresser...
and I actually RAN ON TIME ALL DAY! Jenny felt the same way, and we knew
that we had to get involved. We are incredibly blessed with the most
amazing friends in our life, (like Chris!) and we kept saying: "What an
incredible gift it would be if all of the people that we love and care
about could feel as amazing as we do right now." That night, we did hot
yoga again for 90 mins. A very dear friend of ours came over around 9:00pm
or so and I told him that I had been up since 4:30am, worked all day, did
hot yoga, and I was ready to go out dancing right now! Oh, I forgot to
mention that I'm 45 years old.
The fourth
day:
Chris and I were driving back from our
morning Toastmasters meeting where Chris gave her first speech on only her
second week as a member (and as expected, she did AWESOME!) and we were
talking about her coming over starting next week to work out at 5:00 a.m.
(I have been relying on Chris for diet and exercise advice for years). She
said that on the days she works, that she has to be up by 4:30am to be to
work by 5:30am so we wouldn't be able to train together on those days. I
said that if we keep taking the Life Shots that we may not need to sleep
anymore! I told her that it's crazy. I feel like we're vampires or
something with super powers that nobody knows about! That day, or the
next, Jenny and I signed up!
Okay, I hope you've had your Life Shot
today because we're just getting started, (as you can tell, I've had
mine)! Since I have started on Life Shots, I now feel like I have the
energy, drive, and focus to do it all! I truly feel that this stuff is
life changing.

Last night, I got home
from a full day of performing an orchestra concert, and of course my
husband has the sink full of dishes, dirty laundry everywhere, my kids had
made a fort from blankets and the bed was completely ripped apart—toys everywhere— you get the picture! Anyway, the
minute I came in the door, my husband split for a
gig.
I felt like there had
been a hurricane in my house!!! My kids were waiting all weekend to go
shopping, so I made 'em dinner, did the dishes, scooped 'em up and brought
'em to the store, got back, did the laundry, made the bed, folded the
laundry, neatened and straightened the house, zip zip zip! When I
generally would have been BEGGING the kids to get to sleep so I could lie
down with them, I felt FANTASTIC and ENERGIZED, so I put them to bed by
themselves, and went up to my computer and did another 5 hours or so of
work on my new book. Life Shotz is just AMAZING and is CHANGING MY
LIFE!!!Sally

wake up more refreshed and my energy level is amazing during the later
hours of the afternoon when I would normally slow down. Now I have a smile
on my face! When I was recently out of Life Shotz for a short time, I
started coming down with a seasonal cold that would normally kick my butt,

| I noticed an almost immediate pep in my step after taking my first

| Every day I am more amazed at how much physical work I am getting done
around our home. I just dug out the roots of a 30-year-old English Ivy
plant using only a pick and shovel. These roots were very large and buried
deep. Because of Life Shotz I had the energy and stamina to complete the
